Please read our information below regarding Covid-19

Check in time & process

Check in will be from 4.30pm. We will request a time that you would like to check in to enable social distancing

Self check in available on request

Sanitised keys left in your door. Keys to be left in your door at check out

Room information is available prior to your stay and you will be shown to your room door on arrival

Invoice will be sent electronically for payment before check out


Rooms:   Extra care cleaning and sanitising, especially to touch points.

Soft furnishings: Cushions will be removed, soft furnishings will be steam cleaned.

Extras:  Please request you would like books, hairdryer, bottle opener & wine glasses etc. for your stay 

Consumables: Fresh tissues, tea trays will be provided for each stay

Room tidies: None unless requested

Used towels:  Laundry bags will be provided in rooms

Used mugs etc:  Please leave outside your room for us to replace

Top ups: Milk, tea, coffee etc:  please text/email us


Socially distanced tables:  With the use of two separate rooms, two tables per room, at least 2m apart. Each table will have its own breakfast set up. Each room will have and allocated table for the stay.

Breakfast times:  We will need to agree a time at the beginning of your stay.


Eating out: Some pubs are opening, this will need to be pre-booked well in advance.

Takeaways: welcome to be eaten at your allocated breakfast table

What you can do

Symptoms: Let us know as soon as possible if you have any symptoms before and during your stay

T&C’s: Please read our T&C’s carefully

Hand washing: Wash your hands Regularly  

Social distancing: Maintain 2m social distancing where possible

Staff & guest safety

Risk assessment: Risk assessment completed

Guideline: Government & industry guidelines followed

Accreditation: Visit England ‘Good to go’ scheme completed

PPE: Extra PPE provided on request. Sanitiser at key points

Training: Staff training ongoing
